Here material is injected into pre prepared silicone rubber moulds. These molds are prepared using SLA masters wherein the master parts undergo quality inspection for dimensional accuracy. This is reflected in the moulds. Multiple VC parts can be made out of a single mould. The overall process is cost effective.
